Jim was raised in Missoula, where he developed a strong connection to the local community and the beautiful surrounding landscapes. After graduating from the University of Montana, he built a successful career in accounting, leveraging his deep knowledge and strong work ethic.

In his spare time, Jim cherishes moments spent with his three adult children and three grandchildren, relishing the time spent creating memories and fostering strong family bonds. He is also an avid outdoorsman and looks forward to his annual hunting trips, where he and his hunting camp buddies spend time together in the wild, eagerly hoping to bag the elusive trophy elk.
